Shelby (she/her)  is a graduate student in the UW Psychology Individualized Graduate Major Program. Shelby is primarily interested in studying trauma exposure among incarcerated individuals and the interaction between symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and psychopathic traits. She is also broadly interested in mental health in incarcerated populations, especially expanding knowledge of evidence-based treatments for incarcerated individuals. Shelby is co-mentored by Dr. Josh Cisler in the NeuroTap Research Lab. CV
